OATMEAL - RAISIN COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg whites

Spray cookie sheet. Combine dry ingredients; add egg whites, corn syrup, and vanilla. Mix well; add raisins to batter. If too stiff, add a little milk. But needs to be stiff to spoon drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
