HORSERADISH DIP 
1/4 c. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. horseradish

Cook top 6 items until thick, cool and add cream cheese. Store in refrigerator. This dip is very good with pretzels.
