Cucumbers
5 1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. salt
1 oz. dry mustard
3/4 c. horseradish

Wash and cut medium size cucumbers lengthwise. Put in gallon jar. Mix all together and let stand 30 days.
