RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder

Use glass pan! Cut rhubarb fine, put in glass pan. Cover with brown sugar and butter. Combine sugar, eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder; pour over rhubarb in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
