RHUBARB UPSIDE - DOWN CAKE 
3-4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco (shortening)
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Place on bottom of pan first 3 ingredients in order given. Mix together all ingredients for cake topping. Pour over rhubarb.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold. Top with whipped cream if desired.

NOTE: 40 year old recipe.
