Do not grease pan. Mix ingredients in the same pan you are going to bake in. Use a 9x13 inch pan.

3 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together, then make 3 holes. Fill each hole with one of the following ingredients.

FILLING:

1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil (I use canola)
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Over all, add 2 cups cold water and blend well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with favorite frosting. We use whipped cream or Cool Whip.
