CHILI SAUCE BEEF 
2 to 3 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. stew meat
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in oil. Add garlic, onion, chili sauce, soy sauce and 3/4 cup water. Simmer 2 hours or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
