PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
Drain 20-ounce can chunk pineapple, save 3 tablespoons juice. Mix: 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. juice Mix all together and spoon into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers and 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
