BAKERS FROSTING 
1 lb. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. Coffeemate creamer
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Mocha substitute
1/4 c. cooled coffee (dissolve 1 tsp. instant coffee in 1/4 c. hot water)

Combine first 4 ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat. Add cold water and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
