3 1/2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted or 6 tbsp. butter + 1 c. + 2 tbsp. cocoa

I add a package of peanut butter chips. NOTE: For 1 square of chocolate = 3 tablespoons cocoa and 1 tablespoon fat. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; add salt oil, eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate, nuts and chips. Drop by teaspoon 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes.

MOCHA BUTTER CREAM FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. hot coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift 1/2 cocoa with sugar, mix and spread on cookies.
