MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. (16 oz.) popped corn

Mix together brown sugar, butter, light syrup - bring to boil in microwave, then time for 2 minutes. Stir in soda. Pour over popped corn in large brown grocery bag. Shake hard. Microwave in bag on High one minute. Shake. Pour on greased cookie sheet to cool. Spread with fork. Store in covered container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
