CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
2 c. carrot slices
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, boned
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 c. milk

Cook until all ingredients are tender. Thicken with flour and milk. In last 3 minutes before serving sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese. Makes 4 servings.
