RHUBARB SALAD 
2 c. cooked rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. nuts
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped apples

Pour boiling water over Jello and sugar, dissolve. Add pineapple, apples, nuts and rhubarb. When jelled, top with 4 ounces of cream cheese and large cup of Cool Whip.
