STRAWBERRY LETTUCE SALAD 
Romaine & Iceberg lettuce
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Toasted pecans (350 degrees for a brief time)
1 red onion

Layer in large bowl. When ready to serve, toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. poppy seeds
5 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. oil

With electric beater, blend together except for oil. Gradually add oil slowly.
