PUMPKIN LOAF 
4 c. French doughnut mix
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
2/3 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Sift together in a large bowl all the dry ingredients. Mix and add pumpkin, water and oil. Blend well and add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition to make a mixture. Pour into well-floured and greased 8 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 75 to 80 minutes (or until done). Allow to cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes before removing. Makes 2 loaves.
