CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 c cooked, shredded chicken breasts
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. mayo
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Broccoli can be chopped. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 375°F for 30-45 minutes.
