2 pkgs. (8 oz.) Jones brown & serve sausage links
9-12 slices white bread, cubed
12 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 eggs
4 c. milk or 2 c. milk & 2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 11x14 inch or 11x10 inch aluminum pan.

Place the cubes of bread in a layer on the bottom of the pan. Dice the sausage links and layer. Spread the Cheddar cheese evenly over the bread and sausage.
