TARTAR SAUCE | |
1 c. onion, finely chopped 1 c. dill pickle, finely chopped Mayonnaise to taste Salt to taste Mix onion and dill pickle together with mayonnaise until you get consistency you like. Add salt to taste. SUGGESTION: Use only Blue Plate or Hellmann's mayonnaise or sauce will be too runny. Use only "Dill" pickle. Any substitution will change taste. It's simple, it's easy, it's delicious! Store in plastic or glass container and refrigerate. Date container. Good for 2 weeks. Excellent after 4 or 5 days. |
