EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker ready crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
1 c. (6 oz.) mini chocolate chips
Optional for top: Whipped topping with chocolate shavings or fruit

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Stir in mini chips. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, chocolate shavings or fruit if desired.
