CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. long grain wild rice
1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
Grated Cheddar cheese

Cut chicken into small pieces. Place in bottom of baking dish. Prepare rice as usual. Spoon rice over chicken. Prepare stuffing by recipe on box. Spoon over rice. Mix soup and milk together. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
