MEATBALLS (FOR SPAGHETTI) 
1 lb. ground beef or 1/2-1/2 ground pork
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
Grated cheese
Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt if you like

Mix all ingredients and make small balls size of walnut with wet hands. To add flavor, you can brown them on a baking sheet in oven or in fry pan. Cook them for an hour in sauce in slow cooker or covered pot on low temperature. Serve with pasta of your choice.
