DILL PICKLES | |
BRINE: 2 qt. vinegar 2 qt. water 1 c. salt Bring to a boil. Fill jars with "pickling" cucumbers, put small piece of garlic in each jar with some fresh dill. Fill jars with brine, place lid on jars immediately. Heat from brine will seal lids. Pickles will be ready in approximately 6 weeks. |
