1 1/2 c. water
1 cube butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream celery soup

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bring water, butter and onion to a boil; add broccoli and bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add rice and let stand for 5 minutes. Add Cheez Whiz and soup and mix well. Put in large casserole, cover and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove cover and cook 10 minutes more.
