SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. minced onion

Mix together spinach, soup, cheese and onion. Put in 1 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix butter and dressing together and spread over spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
