SPANISH HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
Salt
Pepper
Ketchup

Bro wn chuck, onion, and pepper. Then add salt, pepper, and enough ketchup to make ingredients stick together. Let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve on hot hamburger buns or over noodles.
