POTATO-ONION CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 Irish potatoes, sliced
4 or 5 med. onions, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Alternate potatoes and onions in a 2-quart casserole. Sat and pepper each layer. Combine soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce and pour over potatoes and onions. Dot with butter and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
