10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 box dry Knorr vegetable soup mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. dill weed

Combine sour cream and Miracle Whip until well blended. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Store in a covered container. Keeps well.
