SHARK RIBS OF BEEF 
3 lbs. lean shark ribs or stew beef cubes
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Put meat on large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle ingredients over meat, add water. Seal foil tightly, bake in slow oven at 350 degrees for three hours. Serves 4 to 6 people. Delicious and tender.
