SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions

TOPPING:

4 c. crushed cheese or Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Mix together and place in a Pyrex 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Yields: 12 to 15 servings.
