PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1 can milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. quick oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Mix until crumbles the flour, sugar, oats and Crisco. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes in a 350°F oven. Mix and spread on top of first mixture the pumpkin, salt, eggs, cinnamon, sugar and milk and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Mix until crumbles the brown sugar, oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and butter. Spread on top and bake 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool and cut into squares.
