HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1-1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 gallon milk
2 tbsp. vanilla

Whip cream and add sugar, eggs (one at a time), milk and flavoring. If you use any kind of fruit, reduce the amount of flavoring. Pour into ice cream freezer canister and follow manufacturers directions.

Yield: 1 gallon.
