SALMON PIE 
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 pie shell

Combine eggs, milk, onion, parsley, butter and seasonings. Break salmon into chunks, removing bones and skin. Add to egg mixture. Pour into well greased 8" pie plate. Cut circle from pie shell, using bottom of 8" pie plate as a guide. Cut the circle into 6 wedges; arrange on top seafood mixture. Bake at 425 degrees about 25 minutes, or until done. Serve at once. Serves 6.
