POTATO SALAD MADE WITH YOGURT 
Low calorie and low cholesterol.

4 or 5 large potatoes
3 green onions
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Red wine vinegar
3/4 c. non-fat plain yogurt

1. Cook potatoes in microwave. Allow to cool.

2. Cut potatoes into quarters.

3. Sprinkle with red wine vinegar.

4. Add diced celery.

5. Dice green onions and add to potatoes.

6. Add celery seed and a few drops of wine vinegar to non-fat yogurt.

7. Toss potatoes with yogurt mixture.

Serve cold.

Makes about 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
