STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES 
1 jar preserved grape leaves
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice
1/2 lb. chopped meat (lamb or beef)
1 sweet red pepper, shredded
1 onion, minced
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. butter
Parsley
Garlic, 2 cloves
Salt
Pepper

Partially cook rice according to box directions, drain excess water. Saute rice, meat, shredded red pepper, minced garlic and onion in butter. Add tomato sauce and chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on each leaf, where stem meets leaf. Roll securely, tucking in sides. Place rolled leaves into a pot. Add water to cover pieces. Boil in covered pot for 35 minutes.
