DALMATIAN SAUERKRAUT 
2 pork chops cut in 1/2 inch squares
1 onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lg. can sauerkraut
Salt and pepper
1 can consomme soup
1/2 c. water

Brown pork chops in small amount of oil, add chopped onion and parsley, wash sauerkraut. Very thoroughly, add to ingredients in pan. Add consomme and water and simmer very slowly for about 2 hours.
