FROZEN CUCUMBERS 
2 qts. cucumbers (sliced either peeled or unpeeled)
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt (uniodized)

Mix the cucumbers, onion and salt together. Let stand 2 hours. Drain off liquid. Add the sugar and vinegar. Mix together well. Put in containers and freeze. Cucumbers will remain crunchy. Makes 4 pints.
