1 c. lite Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 c. sugar or sweetener equivalent
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Pinch each of salt, pepper, parsley & garlic powder

Blend well, chill and serve. Especially attractive and tasty on spinach salad. Excellent for potato and macaroni salads.
