COTTAGE CHEESE DESSERT SALAD 
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste
Salad greens
Mixed diced fruits and berries

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water; dissolve over hot water; cool slightly. Combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in gelatin. Whip cream; fold in with lemon juice, Tabasco, and sugar. Add salt to taste. Spoon into 5 cup ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold. Garnish with salad greens. Fill center with fruit. Serve sour cream dressing separately. Makes 8 servings.
