2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. Crisco
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavor
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Cream butter, sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Combine flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk. Add flavoring and coconut last. Mix; bake in a tube pan at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
