BARBECUED SHRIMP 
5 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1 onion, sliced
3 sticks butter, sliced
1 lg. bottle Italian salad dressing
Juice of 2 lemons
Whole black peppercorns

Remove heads from shrimp but do not peel. Place shrimp in large, shallow pan; top with onion slices. Cover with butter slices. Add salad dressing and lemon juice. Sprinkle peppercorns over all.

Bake in 400 degree F. oven for 40 minutes, turning shrimp over gently every 10 minutes.

Serve with hot French bread for dunking in the sauce. Makes 6 servings.
