BAR - B - Q SAUCE 
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. B-B-Q spice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. chili pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Saute onions in 2 tablespoons oil until limp, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
