SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 can chicken and rice soup
1/4 c. French's mustard
1/2 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
Salt and a lot of pepper
1 c. water

Salt and pepper pork chops, then coat with mustard. Flour the pork chops and fry in cooking oil. Remove and drain oil except for couple of teaspoons. Add a little flour and stir, then add can of chicken and rice soup and water. Return pork chops and cover. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
