SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 can Durkee's French fried onions
1 c. hot water

Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in a skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. Remove chops and place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Remove skillet from heat and mix remaining ingredients together in skillet. Pour over chops and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
