HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
5 cans whole tomatoes
3 cans tomato paste
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground chicken giblets
1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
4 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Cook in a very large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cover. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Simmer 6 to 7 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
