SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. Morton's curing salt

Wrap in saran wrap tightly and let set 24 hours. Cook 1 hour with wrap on. Rewrap and freezes.
