JUMBO CRAB LOUIE 
1 lb. crab, imitation or real
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
4 hard boiled eggs
4 asparagus spears
1 c. green onions
2 heads lettuce, chopped
1 tbsp. Skipper's cocktail sauce
1/2 c. whole olives
5 tbsp. mayonnaise

Arrange lettuce on a big round or oval platter. Arrange vegetables and eggs (quartered) in an attractive style.
