RICE CASIMIR 
2 c. rice (boiled)
1/4 c. onions (minced)
3 chicken breasts dice into small pieces
1 pkg. Knorr curry sauce
1 banana
3 oz. cherries (maraschino)
5 oz. chunk pineapple

Saute chicken under medium heat with diced onions (use 1 tablespoon oil) until it's brown on both sides, add curry sauce. Cook about 5 to 7 minutes; when meat is tender, add fruit slices and serve over rice. Serve rice casimir with salad.
