STAINED GLASS COOKIES 
4 oz. bar German sweet chocolate
1 well beaten egg
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. colored marshmallows (tiny, many colors)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 oz. Angel Flake Coconut

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler just until well blended. Take from heat, stir in beaten egg quickly. Let cool.

Place marshmallows, powdered sugar and nuts in a bowl. Pour cooled chocolate mixture over this, stir to blend well. Take 2 small or 1 large piece of foil and sprinkle generously with the coconut. Pour the chocolate mixture over this, spread out well into corners. Roll up like jelly roll. Wrap well and refrigerate. Slice. Keep unused portion in refrigerator. Really pretty for the holidays.
