ALMOND CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese (room temp.)
3 lg. eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped almonds

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add (1 at a time) the eggs. Add the vanilla and the almond extract. Blend in chopped almonds and sour cream by hand. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and cool in oven for 1 hour.
