ZUCCHINI BAKE 
4 lb. zucchini, shredded
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart round casserole. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
